#16-06, Appeal of Vermont Troopers' Association and Hatch

The hearing in #16-02 Grievance of Schwaner, has been canceled. 

The hearing in #16-31, Grievance of Habich, will be replacing the hearing in #16-27, Grievance of Adams et al.  That hearing was canceled because the grievance has been withdrawn. 

This will be the second day of hearing for #15-46, Grievance of Benoit. 

The grievance in #16-36, Grievance of Provost, has been withdrawn.  The matter is dismissed.

The hearing in #16-40 Grievance of Vermont State Employees' Association (Re: Smoking Ban), has been continued and will be rescheduled at a later date if necessary. 

The hearing in #16-27, Grievance of Adams, et al., has been rescheduled to November 4. 

#16-02, Grievance of Schwaner (Oral Argument on Employer Motion to Quash Subpoenas)

  The hearing for #16-29, Franklin Northwest Education Association/VT-NEA and Missisquoi Valley Union High School Board, has been canceled. 

The hearing in #16-10, Grievance of Oruoja, is cancelled because the grievance has been withdrawn.
