Full Board Meeting

The meeting will be held virtually through Microsoft TEAMS.  Members of the public may attend by calling in or by video conference.

To attend by telephone, call (802) 828-7667, and then when prompted provide the conference ID number entering 489629665#.

To attend virtually by Microsoft Teams, prior to the date of the hearing, call the Labor Relations Board at (802) 828-2700 or e-mail melinda.moz-knight@vermont.gov and request a Microsoft Teams invitation to the hearing.  

Meetings are open to the public until specific cases are discussed towards the end of the meeting.  Agenda items typically include a caseload status report, Board assignments, and a budget report.   
 

23-03 & 23-04: VSEA v. State of Vemont Judiciary

The oral arguments will be held electronically.  Members of the public may attend the oral arguments by audio by telephoning the meeting call-in number: (802) 828-7667, and then, when prompted to provide a conference ID number, entering 628063070#.  Members of the public may attend the hearing by video and audio by telephoning the Labor Relations Board at (802) 828-2700 and requesting a Microsoft TEAMS invitation to attend the hearing.

#22-38: Grievance of Wamsley

The second day of hearing in #22-38, Grievance of Wamsley, will be held electronically.  Members of the public may attend the hearing by audio by telephoning the meeting call-in number: (802) 828-7667, and then, when prompted to provide a conference ID number, entering17699688#.  Members of the public may attend the hearing by video and audio by telephoning the Labor Relations Board at (802) 828-2700 and requesting a Microsoft TEAMS invitation to attend the hearing.

No Hearing

The hearing in #23-07, Vermont State Employees' Association v. Vermont State Colleges has been canceled.  The parties have reached settlement.
