Rules of Practice

These Rules are promulgated pursuant to the seven labor relations acts in Vermont.  The purpose of these Rules is to implement and give effect to the intent and requirements of the Act it pertains to.   A link to each statute and information on the history of each specific statute can be found in other areas of this website.
